i experienced really good service at this hotel the concierge ebrahim located a phone charger when i had issues he also provided helpful directions to nearby supermarkets sheryl demonstrated professionalism and excellent customer service after i encountered some initial difficulties upon arrival nick the night manager ensured i had a very comfortable stay correcting some issues i experienced the previous night i am grateful for his attentiveness.
during my stay i found that the air conditioner only worked mildly the sheets were stained and the pillows had an unpleasant odor there was also a notable lack of transparency regarding the deposit required for the room and the parking fees upon arrival.

the king room featured comfortable beds with immaculate linen offering a restful sleep the bathroom was clean and soft towels were provided the room included a microwave, a fridge. tea and coffee facilities, increasing the convenience.

the hotel provides a free shuttle bus service to the airport, very convenient the airport is approximately a five minute drive from the hotel, making early morning flights less stressful it takes only about thirty minutes to get to the city center by train.

I was given a room on a high floor as i had requested. the room was lovely. i enjoyed the restaurant. The food was good. there are also other restaurants nearby.
every time i flushed the toilet it made a loud noise for five minutes afterward. this was not ideal for late night trips to the washroom.

The airport shuttle was very helpful. It runs every 30 minutes. the restaurant staff were friendly, and breakfast was a great experience each morning. i would definitely return due to the convenient shuttle service and amicable restaurant staff.
this could be challenging for older guests or those with mobility issues. i hope the hotel addresses this soon.

i loved how close it was to the airport it really made things easy. the free shuttle helped too! the staff were so friendly and they even made a breakfast bag because i had to leave super early. the bed was so comfy and i slept so good too!
the internet in my room was slow for teams calls, so i had to use my phone. this made it hard to work.

the hotel is super close to the airport which makes it perfect for quick trips. it's easy to hop on the highway too, so getting around is simple. the hotel also provides a free shuttle to the airport.

The shuttle offered good service for going to the UP Express. This made trips to the downtown area easy. The breakfast had a variety of options. It had wide selection to select from, so I found something I liked.
I did not get my requested room. I was then given a room where lamps were unplugged. The grime under beds was gross and this was a bad thing.
