My recent stay at the Holiday Inn Toronto International Airport had its ups and downs. The newly renovated rooms were clean and comfortable, although I did experience some noise from the highway. The highlight of my stay was the fantastic food, which pleasantly surprised me given my usual hotel dining expectations. However, the service at times left much to be desired, especially regarding responsiveness at the reception.

The newly renovated rooms are simple and clean, with no carpeting, which I loved. However, my room overlooked the highway, and I did hear quite a bit of traffic noise during my stay.

My recent stay at the Holiday Inn Toronto International Airport was a mixed experience. The location was incredibly convenient, with a prompt airport shuttle service. However, I found the room to be in need of updates and maintenance issues. The customer service was commendable in some instances, but there were definitely areas that fell short. Overall, I would consider this hotel for its proximity to the airport, but likely explore other options next time.
